Aralsan Closed Condensate System saves your money.
It is designed to recover flash steam energy escaping to atmosphere from open condensate tank because of dropping condensate pressure when it reaches to open condensate tank.
In fact, closed condensate system holds all condensate system under pressure and doesn't allow to occur flash steam.
Flash steam amount varries from 10 % up to 27 % of boiler capacity according to boiler operation pressure.

Capacity Range

Aralsan Closed Condensate System can be applied up to 50 ton/h of steam capacity of existing steam boilers
Operation pressure ranges from 4 bar to 25 bar according to steam boiler operation pressure

Saves pump energy because pressure difference between inlet and outlet of pump is minimized

Manufacturing features

Manufactured with high quality certified boiler sheet in accordance with EN 13445
All weldings are made by welders certified in accordance with EN 9606-1
All weldings are controlled by NDT technicians and UT test is applied to a certain percentage of them
Whole body is painted double coat with heat resistant paint
Insulated with rock wool and covered color galvanized sheet
Handhole and manhole (if the shell diameter more than 1400 mm) on it offers easy cleaning of water side
Mounted on power pedestal
